HURRIYET LEADER, MUSSARAT ALAM BHAT RE-ARRESTED UNDER PSA

Srinagar, Aug 9 (Kashmir Voice): The state authorities once again slapped the draconian law, Public Safety Act on illegally detained Hurriyet leader, Massarat Aalam Butt. He was re-arrested by Indian police after his release from Kathua jail in Jammu on 31st July. KASHMIR VOICE
