Indian Troops Martyr another Youth in IOK Authorities Impose Curfew in Kupwara

Srinagar, July 12 (Kashmir Voice): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one more youth in Kupwara district, today.
According to media sources, the troops killed the youth during the ongoing cordon and search operation in Kandi area of the district. An Indian army commando Sepoy Mukul Meena was killed and another was critically injured in an attack in the same area, yesterday. An Indian army officer told media men in Srinagar that the operation was going on. It was launched on Tuesday, he said. Meanwhile, the occupation authorities imposed curfew and other restrictions in Kupwara district to prevent people from staging demonstrations against the killing of a shopkeeper Khalid Ghaffar Malik by the Indian troops. He was martyred when the troops opened fire on demonstrators at Banpora Trehgam on Kupwara-Chowkibal road, last night. The authorities made announcement on loudspeakers asking people to remain indoor as curfew has been imposed in Kupwara town and Trehgam and Chowkibal areas where additional forces’ personnel have been deployed.
